  • The art of inquiry is the purposeful act of revealing truths through powerful questions. It’s a relational practice that builds as you share your lived experience. With the right blend of curiosity and probing, my line of questioning will spark new insights — and help you discover a clear path forward.

Explore

  • Our coaching conversations are deliberate and daring. We practice direct speech—saying what we mean without the fluff. We bring the courage to trust what’s alive in the moment, and with open minds and hearts, you’ll move easefully towards new horizons.

I take a unique approach to coaching that combines elements of facilitation, mindfulness, and deliberate inquiry. Rather than focusing solely on the professional aspects of transition, I adopt a whole-person lens, recognizing that personal and professional aspects of life are enmeshed and that every human has unique powers and gifts.

We are partners. I skillfully manage our process so you can manage your progress. All sessions conclude with an invitation where you’ll feel a sense of shared accountability and commitment to doing the work.
