I see life as an ocean, with each wave offering a new canvas.
My longest ride began in 2003—creating businesses, building brands, and developing new ways of working that help people connect, lead, and create with intention. I’ve been fortunate to partner with founders, teams, and organizations to help them adapt and innovate while staying grounded in what matters most.
Today, I support curious leaders, creatives, and seekers in tuning into their inner compass so they can navigate change with clarity, courage, and ease.
I’m a professionally certified coach, integral facilitator, and yoga teacher with a lifelong curiosity about transitions and the ways they shape our lives. Between the lines, I’ve lived a few transitions of my own — letting go of old identities, learning by doing, and choosing rhythm over routine.
